To make a long story short... After a lot of prayer and a big decision, we're scheduled to meet our little girl for the first time ever at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 21.
We are and will continue to pray that God will work a miracle and flip her into the correct position by Saturday so we can skip the surgery and have her naturally. We'd love your continued prayers for a safe and healthy delivery.
God has given us a tremendous amount of peace about the c-section.
Here's Abby at 37 weeks. We're scheduled to have Kyah at exactly 39 weeks - one week early.

We scheduled Ava's delivery because they were worried about how big she was getting. Everything went fine and, at least from my perspective, didn't diminish our joy in meeting her the least little bit!

I wish you all the best! You will do great and Kyah will be perfect!! Her birthday is permanently etched on my calendar. Congratulations! I will be thinking of you all on Saturday!
I will be thinking of all of you on Saturday. I had to have a c-section with Brady. It was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be and had a quick recovery. Just accept all the help you can and stay on top of your pain meds.
